ONE LAYER.
EVERY SYSTEM.
TURBO INTELLIGENCE LAYER
Your WMS, ERP, TMS, and shop floor systems don't talk to each other. TURBO connects them all β one execution layer that watches every order, bin, and API call in real time, predicts where waste will happen next, and gives every operator a single screen that tells them exactly what needs their attention right now.
No RPA bots. No screen scrapers. TURBO connects at the API and data layer β clean, permanent integrations that don't break when someone moves a button.
Not another EDI company. We take your data flows and build execution intelligence on top β real-time alerts and decisions, not just file translations.
Built by Industrial Engineers. Every integration is designed to eliminate a measurable operational loss β waste, throughput, flow. Not just connectivity.

Your warehouse has a visibility problem
Most warehouse teams spend more time building reports than acting on them.
Wasted on Manual Reports
Export CSV. Paste into Excel. Build pivot table. Email leadership. By the time they see it, the data is already stale. Every. Single. Week.
From Invisible Problems
Stuck orders sit for days. Duplicate pallets slip through. Throughput imbalances compound. You don't find problems β problems find you, usually as customer complaints.
In Your Current Metrics
"How did you calculate that?" If the answer is "it's in the spreadsheet" or "the WMS just shows it" β you have a trust problem. And trust problems become audit problems.
Live in 3 steps
Most implementations complete in 4-6 weeks. The API connection takes days β the rest is building your custom intelligence layer.
Connect & Discover
We connect your WMS API and an industrial engineer studies your operation β your workflows, pain points, and what metrics actually matter to your business.
Connects via your WMS's existing API β your IT team reviews and approves the integration, most approve same-day. Works with Manhattan, SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, or any of our 35+ supported systems.
Architect Your Process
We design custom KPIs, build interactive operator boards, and calibrate every calculation to your business hours. Then we validate against your existing reports.
You'll review a side-by-side comparison to confirm our numbers match. Every formula is transparent β click any number to see exactly how it was calculated.
Operators Start Using It
Your team gets access to dashboards and tablet boards. Real-time sync is active. AI analysis runs its first pass. Operators improve quality and visibility from day one.
Unlimited users. No per-seat fees. Train your team in 15 minutes, not 15 days. The faster your team works with us, the less the project costs.
Connects to 46+ warehouse platforms
Works with Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP, Oracle, ShipStation, Shopify, and 40 more. One intelligence layer. Any WMS.
Direct API integration with the platforms that run your warehouse floor

What you actually get
Not a demo. Not a mockup. This is the real product, built for a real warehouse.
Operations Command Center
Every metric. One screen. Always live.
Open orders, inventory, receiving, shipping β all synced live from your WMS API. No exports, no stale spreadsheets, no waiting for someone to "run the report." Your warehouse, as it is right now.

The Denominator Problem: How We Found $47K in Hidden Losses
A 3PL running enterprise WMS reported 96% fill rate. The real number was 78%. Here's how we found it.
The Discovery
The WMS calculated fill rate using only orders that reached "shipped" status. Orders stuck in processing? Not in the denominator. Cancelled orders from frustrated customers? Not counted. The metric was technically correct β but operationally meaningless.
Our intelligence layer calculated fill rate using ALL orders received β including the 47 stuck in processing for 7+ days and the 23 that were cancelled because they sat too long. Same data source, different denominator, completely different story.
How Transparency Fixed It
Our dashboard showed the exact formula: numerator (shipped complete) divided by denominator (ALL orders received). Click the transparency icon β see every number, every source, every assumption.
Our AI flagged 47 orders sitting in "processing" status for 7+ days. These were the orders the WMS was ignoring in its fill rate calculation. Each one represented a customer waiting for product that wasn't moving.
Within the first month of deploying the dashboard, the warehouse cleared the stuck order backlog, implemented daily stuck-order reviews, and their REAL fill rate climbed from 78% to 91%. The WMS number didn't change β but the actual performance did.
The lesson: Your WMS isn't lying. It's just not telling you the whole truth.
Every warehouse has a version of this problem. A metric that looks fine because nobody questioned the denominator. A calculation that excludes the data points that would change the story. Our intelligence layer catches these gaps because we make every calculation transparent and verifiable.
This isn't another BI tool
We're not competing with Tableau or Power BI. We're replacing the industrial engineer you'd have to hire.
How it actually works
Read-only API connection. Your data never leaves your WMS. We query, calculate, and display β nothing else.
Read-Only Access
We never write to your WMS. API keys are read-only. Your data stays where it is.
IT-Approved Integration
Connects through your WMS's existing API. We provide a security brief your IT team can review β most approve same-day. No new infrastructure required.
API Cost Control
Smart caching and batched queries keep API costs under $50/month for most warehouses. We monitor and optimize.
We build it so your team can own it.
The biggest failure in operations technology isn't a bad build β it's a build no one can maintain after the consultant leaves. Every TURBO deployment is documented, IT-approved, and handed back clean.
Every integration ships with a plain-English runbook. Your IT team can read it, modify it, and hand it to the next person without calling us.
The same industrial engineer who mapped your process built the system. It's designed around your workflow β not a template. When your process changes, the system can change with it.
You talk to the engineer. The engineer builds it. The engineer is accountable. No account manager passing notes to a developer you'll never meet.
We're not offshore developers. We're industrial engineers who happen to build software. We show up to your floor, understand your operation, and build to it. When something breaks at 6 AM, you're not opening a ticket β you're calling the person who built it.
Transparent pricing. No surprises.
Most implementations complete in 4-6 weeks including site visit, dashboard configuration, and operator training. The API connection itself takes days β the rest is building your custom KPIs, operator boards, and making sure your team is trained.
An industrial engineer connects your WMS API, maps your data model, and validates every endpoint.
An industrial engineer architects your entire intelligence layer β KPIs, operator boards, and transparent calculations.
Continuous monitoring, process optimization, and an industrial engineer who keeps improving your operation.
Need AI tools for your whole organization?
TURBO is built for any operation with disconnected systems β 3PL, manufacturing, distribution, or enterprise. If you need private AI agents for your team's daily workflows, HATZ deploys in days with no custom development. From $25/user/month.

What Makes TURBO Different
We Connect The Disconnected.
Everything Else Follows.
Your WMS, ERP, EDI, IoT sensors, and spreadsheets are all running in parallel β none of them talking to each other. Your team manually bridges the gaps every single day.
The average operation runs 6β8 disconnected SaaS tools. That's 6β8 monthly fees, 6β8 logins, and one team manually moving data between all of them. We replace that stack with a single execution layer β custom-built for your operation, connected to every system you already run. One fee. Zero redundant licenses.
No bots. No brittle scripts. Direct system connections that don't break when your vendor updates β and rules built around how your operation actually works.
